On August 16, 2023, letters of intent were signed between the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology and the Chinese side - Tianjin Cambridge Education Consulting Co. and Beijing Youde Chengzhag International Education and Sci-Tech Co.. The university was represented by Vice-Rector for Development, Assoc Prof. Szymon Różański and both agencies - Liu Jianguo.

The cooperation will include recruitment of students from China, exchange of knowledge and experience in the recruitment process and promotion of the University of  Science and Technology in China.
